All in a day’s work: v0.1.0.6

It’s only been barely 12 hours since we launched the technical beta of MetroTwit and it’s already a much better software as a result. Restart MetroTwit to receive this update.

Version 0.1.0.6 release notes:

  • Fixed crash with loading cached avatar
  • Fixed column not auto-resizing in some situations
  • Fixed settings crash on reading Twitter API count
  • Added automatic refresh after sending a tweet
  • Added a descriptive message if you cannot sign in due to exceeded Twitter rate limits

Known issues:

  • Notifications do not always appear on primary monitor in a multi-mon setup
    This is a known issue and will be fixed in a future release.
  • Notifications are sometimes blank
    This is a known issue when there is only an update from yourself. It will be fixed in a future release.
  • Submitting OAuth PIN in sign in using ENTER key fails
    This is a known issue and will be fixed in a future release.
  • “Read” tweets do not save between sessions after closing application
    This is a known issue and will be fixed in a future release.
  • Multi-account support
    Simple multi-account support is planned and will be delivered in a future release.
